Service Policy

At Jersey Servers, our primary commitment is to deliver exceptional service to each and every one of our clients. We understand that NJ Process Servers face various challenges in their attempts to effectuate service, and it's essential for you to be well-informed about the different options we offer:

1. We provide multiple service levels for NJ Process Service at Jersey Servers, catering to your specific needs:

A. Standard Service: This level involves initiating service attempts within 4-7 business days.

B. Personal Service: You have the option to add personal service to any service level. Additionally, we offer personal service as a stand-alone option, which will be initiated following the same timeline as the standard service.

C. Rush Service: If time is of the essence, our Rush Service ensures that service attempts will be initiated within 48 hours.

D. Same Day Service: For utmost urgency, we offer Same Day Service, but please be aware that its availability depends on the time we receive the file. Booking same day service does not guarantee an attempt if the booking is not within the specified times.

Turnaround time after the service of process is generally within 3 days. However, if you require your affidavit more quickly, you can add on a rush turnaround time to expedite the process.

It's important to note that any additional services beyond standard process service will be governed by their own separate service agreements.

While we guarantee service attempts for all Service of Process in NJ, it is essential to understand that we cannot guarantee effectuated service in all cases. In instances where the recipient evades service or if an incorrect address is provided by the client, additional services may be necessary. Please be aware that additional charges will apply in such situations.
